This week at Little Giggles we have continued exploring our exciting topic of transportation 🚗✈️🚤, but with a new twist! The children have been learning how to categorise different types of transport into water, land, and air vehicles 🌊🛣️☁️. Through fun games and group activities, the children sorted pictures and toys into the correct categories, helping them develop their thinking and observation skills while learning in a playful way 😊.
The children also became little creators this week by making their very own airplanes ✈️🎨 using different arts and crafts materials. They loved designing and decorating their planes and were very proud to show them to their friends and teachers. Alongside these activities, we introduced and practised key vocabulary words related to transportation such as “boat”, “car”, “plane”, “wheels”, “fly”, and “sail” 📚🗣️. It has been wonderful to see the children gaining confidence while learning new words through hands-on experiences.
Tomorrow we will continue the fun outdoors with an exciting car race in the garden 🏁🚘🌿! The children will enjoy racing toy cars, exploring speed and movement, and cheering on their friends in a fun and active environment. We are looking forward to another joyful day full of learning, laughter, and teamwork at Little Giggles 💛😊
